Most of our
families live in houses, detached, semi-detached or terraced.
Most properties
are near tube or train stations but some home stays are on bus routes.
Budget accommodation
Families are
located in zones 4 and 5.
Standard accommodation
Families are
located in zones 2 and 3.
Superior accommodation
Families are
located in zones 1 and 2.
Ensuite accommodation
With this option
students will have a room with a private bathroom for themselves. Families are located in zones 1, 2 and 3.

We recommend home
stay accommodation for students who wish to immerse themselves in English culture and society and to build
confidence in their speaking and listening skills.
If you have a
very active night life and value your independence, we advise alternative types
of accommodation such as student residency, hostels or hotels, as all
facilities will be shared with other members of the family.
